last year I taught in an evening course for
adults near where I live. Once, for the English classes, we read a text about
the death of John Lennon. The students had to understand the reading activity
by answering a set of questions first. Afterwards, students practised their
speaking skills as well. As a post activity, I asked them to summarise the text
in a written form. Since I knew
that a student was very good at drawing comics, I asked him to summarise the
story in his own special way. And
